What I saw was an illusion,
What I believed was a delusion,
The life that I once knew,
I now know was untrue,
My feelings were based on lies,
Reality has taken me by surprise,
Everything that I have learned,
Shows I was destined to be burned,
When I think about everything I had given,
It’s hard to let him be forgiven,
But I need to do it and release for me,
So I can be emotionally and spiritually free.
